This is a Rolex 1016 Explorer in mint condition and very rare. It has genuine heavy Oyster bracelet, luminous dial and black face. This watch has been fully serviced in our workshop, the dial and hands have previously been repalced by Rolex in the 1980's. They are original Rolex service replacement parts.
It's beleived the the Explorer was first designed and made in honor of Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norgay who on 29th May1953 were the first to reach the summit of Everest and did so wearing Rolex wrist watches.
All watches undergo a full service in our onsite workshop. There will be 10 day test period on all watches before they become stock. All of our watches come with 12 months non waterproof service cover. This will not cover damage or misuse
